Kelly Mercer, DPW Secretary and Billing Clerk

This position is responsible for collecting sewer, water, and garbage bills, sending notices of meetings, public hearings, and letters to residents. Answering phone calls and inquiries from the public, and any other task set by the DPW Superintendent.

Kelly was appointed in September 2018
